Warm messages

A friend of mine shared this idea for helping children relate bible verses to their lives.

She explained that you can write a bible verse on the bathroom mirror with Crayola window markers that can be used on glass. You can write special notes to your kids too.

Here are some examples:

“Jenny – you are precious in God’s sight. And you are precious to your mom and dad too.”

“Alan – God has a plan for you…He promises that in Jeremiah 29:11 – For I know the plans I have for you, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.”

This idea can be used to share verses that apply to things that are going on in your family.  It is a fun way to connect God’s Word to your daily experience as a family.
