God’s Word Part 4: Words that last

In the last two posts I’ve written about how our God is reliable, a God of peace, and not a God of confusion.

One way for us to begin to understand how our God is so reliable is to read what He says in the bible. Reading God’s Word can help us to gain some perspective.

In Luke 21:33, we are told about the reliability of God’s words when Jesus said, “Heaven and earth will pass away, but my words will never pass away.”

In a world of confusion, with a lack of peace, we can know that God’s word will always be here for us, a treasure for us to discover and hold on to.
