A new kind of scholarship

One day my son and I were talking about how people obtain scholarships, such as being good at an instrument, sport, or grades.  I explained how when you are really talented at one of these, you can apply for a scholarship to help pay for your college degree.

At one point in the conversation, he said, “I wish you could get a scholarship for being well-behaved most of the time.”

It was so funny! My favorite part of that comment was his words, “most of the time”.

Anyone ever heard of that kind of scholarship?

  1. How fun! I do know if you finish enough books in AWANA, you can get scholarships to certain colleges, and you have to be well behaved to get all those verses done!
